Welcome to CB Hobby! By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
This website is operated by CB Hobby. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CB Hobby. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products & Availability
All products and prices are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display items and descriptions accurately, but we do not guarantee that all information—including product images, descriptions, or availability—is error-free.
If an error occurs (such as an incorrect price or stock level), we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and will notify you accordingly.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be received at the time of purchase through one of our approved payment methods.
In the event of suspected fraud or misuse, we reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service at our discretion.
We have a strict limit of 1 case per product, per buyer, per 30 days. Orders containing more than one case (or more than one case of individual boxes) will be automatically canceled. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that circumvent this policy at our own discretion.
Certain products may have additional limits that are product specific. These can be found on the product page. These limits are per customer and additional orders that exceed these limits will be canceled. Abusing this policy or trying to manipulate the website with alternate names and addresses will result in all orders being canceled and accounts being disabled.
Repeated attempts to purchase items for resale, or additional orders over the posted limits may result in restrictions or permanent suspension of the customer's account.
We offer installment payment options at checkout. This is available through a 3rd party company Affirm. Due to higher fees on these transactions, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed $1,000 using this payment method.
4. Presale Orders
Presale items are sold prior to their official release date. Payments are captured at the time of the sale. Items will not be shipped until their actual release date.
Estimated release and shipping dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. You will not receive notice from us if a release date changes.
If a presale is canceled by the manufacturer, customers will be notified and given a refund or store credit.
Presale cancellations requested by the customer prior to shipment are subject to a 3% restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. Once shipped, presale items are considered final sale.
Orders containing both in-stock items and presale items will not ship until ALL items are available.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

We do not accept returns for opened products, presale items once shipped, or cases of buyer’s remorse.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the package and items.
High value items will ship with signature confirmation required at delivery. Please make plans for your delivery so that someone can receive it. Packages without a signature will not be delivered by the carrier.
We offer free UPS® Ground shipping on orders $250 and up. Ground service can have transit times of 2-7 business days or longer. If you need items fast, or it is peak season, we suggest using a faster service at your cost.
Not all items qualify for free shipping; some items such as Pokémon cases and cases of supplies are exempt and will be calculated at checkout.
The delivery dates listed on our website are just estimates and are not guaranteed. There are several factors that can alter these dates that are out of our control.
UPS Next Day Air rates do not include weekend delivery. No packages using this service will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders utilizing UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, or UPS 2nd Day Air placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not ship until the following week due to the UPS weekend surcharge fee.
Orders during peak holiday season will likely have an extra 1–2-day handing time by the carriers due to volume.
7. Store Credit, Rewards & Promotions
Any issued store credit, discounts, rewards or promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions or rewards at any time without notice.
Orders made with the intent for resale are void from our rewards program.
Customers using international financial institutions are ineligible for our rewards program.
8. Limitation of Liability
CB Hobby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
