Shipping policy

At CB Hobby, we package and ship all orders with a great level of care to make sure that your order gets to you securely.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items: All in-stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order and payment.

Presale Items: All presale products will be shipped upon official release from the manufacturer. Estimated release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice.

If your order contains both in-stock and presale items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS, unless UPS does not service your area.
Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your selected UPS shipping method.
While most U.S. orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment, delays due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors are possible and beyond our control.

Shipping Errors & Damages

Please inspect your order upon arrival.  If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at store@cbhobby.com with your order number and photos of the package/items.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
